By submitting payment online you hereby agree to Mary Madeline Roberts, Esq.’s authorization to charge the agreed amount listed and to charge your credit card, as provided herein. You hereby agree that you will pay for this purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement.
You understand this is only for up to this amount during the time period of “DATES OF CHARGES” referenced above.

If, after a payment by credit card, you later dispute the charges, unless prohibited by law, you agree not to cancel, revoke, charge back or dispute any previously entered charge on your credit card. If you do so, and it is later determined that the charge was properly authorized, you agree to pay all out-of-pocket fees and costs incurred by the Law Office of Mary Madeline Roberts, Esq. as a result of the improper cancellation, revocation, charge back or dispute.

The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of these third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the payment processors makes even if they have already requested or received your payment. You remain responsible for all chargebacks and associated costs and fees associated therewith.

By submitting payment online you agree and authorize us to charge you a 3.2% processing fee for all payments submitted via credit card.
